Stir Fry (my lunch today)
Ingredients needed:
Chicken Breast (2pcs)
Green Bell Pepper 1
Red Bell Pepper 1
Yellow Bell Pepper 1/2
Onion (large) 1/2
Bean Sprouts 2 cups
Teriyaki Sauce 1/4 cup
Steps:
Cut up your chicken and cook it in a wok or large frying pan till cooked all the way through, once they are cooked all the way through then throw in your peppers and onions sautee for a couple of minutes i don't like my veges too soft so i don't do this for very long then i add the bean sprouts and the teriyaki sauce mix and let sit on low for a couple more minutes, so the sauce can soak in!
